- Provenance: 9 MARCH 2005 - Been in collection a long while, not labelled. Succulent, herbacious euphorb with small (0.25") flowers borne fairly regularly.
27 APRIL 2005 - Tentatively identified as E. guiengola by Paul Carlberg of the Mass. Cactus Club. Further investigation by CMORSE indicates flowers and plant habit very similar and that a maroon form of the plant is in cultivation. Name change and web updates to E. guiengola made 27 April 2005 based upon this new information.
