- Source: Chad Husby - FIU
- Provenance: From Chad Husby: "It came from seed collected in New Zealand that I got through Sheffields Seeds. In correspondence with Graeme Platt, an Araucaria expert in NZ, I determined that it is probably var. glauca due to the glaucous bloom on the seedling foliage. There is a large tree of var. glauca at Monte Cecilia outside Auckland that produces seed and which may be the source."
