  • Description: 1.5m shrub with blue-green leaves, white flowers Autumn-spring; distinctive split seed capsule. Montinia caryophyllacea is the sole member of its genus and is found throughout the SW Cape and also in the E. Cape, and Namaqualand through to S Angola.
