  • Description: 3m shrub, well armed with angled thorns, greenish yellow fl Su, fleshy fruit.
  • Uses: Plant pacifies vitiated kapha, vata, bronchitis, cough, asthma, and is a good expectorant. It is also used in diabetes, diarrhea and arthritis.1
    Useful part: Whole plant.
  • Culture: Sow seed spring
