- Description: Tuber flattened, with corky surface; leaf blades broadly cordate or ovate-lanceolate, to 1.5 inches long, olive-green with light green blotches above, bright carmine beneath, apex acute or tapering to a long point, margins cut into shallow lobes; flowers about 1 inch long, very fragrant, corolla lobes lanceolate, white or shell pink, with a basal V-shaped, pinkish purple botch, eared at base.
