Rare Flowering of Agave filifera

Agave's are known as Century Plants due to their reputation of only flowering every 100 years. Many of them do flower very infrequently, but generally don't take 100 years to do so.

To the best of my knowledge this specimen has never before flowered here in the EEB Greenhouses and has been here at least 25 years!! Who knows when it will bloom again?
