Dendrophylax funalis (Sw.) Benth. ex Rolfe

  • Common Name: Corded Ghost Orchid
  • Family: Orchidaceae Juss.

One of the few new world vandanaceous plants they are commonly called ghost orchids and are closely related to the American genus Polyrrhiza found in Florida.

Note some authorities now include Polyrrhiza and Polyradicion in the genus Dendrophylax.
