    Arching shrub, to 4.5 feet, branchlets 2-edged; leaves ovate or oblong-oblong, to 2 inches long; flowers 1 inch across, in dense, few-flowered cymes.

    Intermediate, and perhaps a hybrid, between h. hircinum and H. Androsaemum; leaves lack typical goat-like odor when crushed.
