  • Description: Achimenes x erecta x A. longiflora. Habit of A. erecta but flowers larger, corolla reddish purple, with crimson spotted yellow throat.

    A. erecta - Herbaceous plant of neat miniature habit with thickened scaly underground stolons, trailing stems 10-45 cm with 2-3 crenate, hairy leaves together, and small axillary flowers borne in profusion from late August into winter.
